However, third parties may link to your content without modification, request to use your content by contacting you directly. Uploaded content is copyrighted to its respective owners. Thematic.me is not responsibly for any uploaded content, nor is it in affiliation with any entities that may be represented in the uploaded content. Thematic.me reserves the right to remove any content without notification or stating a reason for removal.

It is your obligation to review the respective privacy policies of any such third party.

Thematic.me may perform maintenance services as it determines reasonably necessary. You acknowledge that such maintenance may require downtime.
